Our Biltong is made from well cared for grass-fed Jersey cows - we use a mixture of premium Topside and Silverside cuts. The meat is always hand cut before being spiced with our standard blend of spices with dried chillies in just the right amount to give you the burn you would expect from extra spicy chilli biltong. The sticks are dried over an appropriate period resulting in tender and tasty biltong which is we sell as whole sticks or sliced.
Ingredients: 100% Beef, spices, fresh Trinidad Scorpion or Scotch Bonnet chillies, Carolina Reaper hot sauce and preservatives.
